Trading Terms & Conditions

The Trading Terms and Conditions (“TTCs”) of AAW Group Holdings Pty Ltd and its related entities govern the provision of services by the AAW Group and apply to all services requested or accepted on or after the Effective Date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By requesting or accepting our services, you acknowledge that the applicable TTCs form part of the agreement between you and the relevant AAW Group entity providing the services.

The TTCs may be amended from time to time to reflect changes to our business operations, corporate structure, operational practices, or applicable laws and regulations. The version of the TTCs in effect at the time the services are requested or accepted will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Version Update

The TTCs were updated on 28 July 2026 to reflect changes to the name of certain AAW Group entity. This amendment is administrative in nature and does not materially alter the substantive rights, obligations, liability allocation, or risk allocation between the parties.
